• The first step is to schedule your intro call (free consultation). We’ll meet on a video call or talk over the phone to determine if we’re a good fit. During your free consultation we’ll talk about:

    • What's happening right now that you need help with.

    • What concerns you most about how you’re feeling.

    • What kind of changes do want to make? Imagine what you want to notice after working together for 3 months, 6 months, a year.

    • My approach to therapy, and how I’d tailor therapy to you.

    • Any questions you may have- no question or concern is too small.

  • My fee is $200 per 55-minute session.

  • I am a private pay provider and do not bill insurance directly.

Many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits that reimburse you for part of your therapy costs. To make this easier, I am partnered with Mentaya, a program that helps you check your benefits and submit claims for reimbursement.

Depending on your insurance plan, you may receive up to 80% back. For example, this could bring the actual cost of a session closer to $40, depending on your benefits.

The best way to know is to check your out-of-network benefits using the link below:

If cost is a barrier, please be upfront and me know. I offer a limited number of sliding scale spot.

  • Yes. Nurturing the Sisterhood is a fully virtual therapy practice for women across Washington State.

You can join sessions from wherever you are in Washington, whether that is your home, office, parked car, or another private space that feels comfortable.

In the past, my practice offered in-person sessions. However, women felt frustrated with the lack of privacy in the waiting room + the complexities of commuting to a therapy appointment while already juggling so much. In response, my practice went 100% virtual. Most women enjoy the flexibility virtual appointments offer.

  • I offer two therapy groups:

    • Working Mom Support Group.

    • Infertility Support Group

These groups take place virtually and are open to women who reside anywhere in WA State.

Once there are 5 women who are interested, I will start a new cohort of the group. Please reach out via email if you’re interested in joining the waitlist.

  • Yes, with a little nuance.

I am an individual therapist, so sessions are primarily focused on you, your experience, and your support. That said, there may be times when it is helpful for your partner to attend a session with you, especially if we are talking through how they can better understand what you are experiencing and support you at home.

Some women also feel more comfortable having their partner attend the first session, and that is okay too. If this feels important to you, please talk with me about it so we can decide together what makes the most sense for your care.

And babies are always, 100% welcome. You do not need childcare to attend therapy. You can feed, hold, soothe, change, or care for your baby during session. Come just as you are.
